Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
To start a return, you can contact us at locoolapparel@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We are unable to accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Gift Cards
Exchanges
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Items can only be exchanged for the same item only.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
